Calm Mushroom Blend

The powder dissolves instantly in warm water with zero grit, and the lack of caffeine means I can sip it after dinner without ruining my sleep. Three weeks in, my afternoon jitters have noticeably settled, and I actually look forward to that quiet minute it takes to stir my cup.

I was skeptical about instant mushroom powders, but this one dissolves cleanly in warm water with no weird texture, and the caffeine-free part means I can sip it even late at night without lying awake.

The instant mix dissolves completely in my morning mug with zero clumps, which makes it effortless to stick with. I've swapped my afternoon coffee for this and the caffeine-free calm it delivers is noticeable by mid-day.
