The mix of greens and mushrooms doesn’t taste weird at all—just a rich peanut butter flavor—and I actually feel full for hours after my shake. 20g of protein in one scoop is impressive, and my digestion has been noticeably smoother this week.
The new smoother texture is a game-changer for mixing into my morning oatmeal—no more gritty clumps. Getting the prebiotics and probiotics in with my 20g of protein feels like a solid two-for-one for my gut and my workout recovery.
The 20g of protein actually keeps me full through the whole afternoon, which is rare for me. I've been adding it to my morning smoothie and the new superfood blend means I don't feel that post-lunch crash anymore.
