Rallenta. Mescola. Inizia bene.
I swapped my usual pre-workout shake and coffee for one mug of this and honestly didn't miss either. The 10g protein plus creatine mix is subtle enough that I can sip it black without any weird chalky texture, and I'm focused through my whole lift.
My mornings used to be a two-cup affair, but now one cup of this keeps me steady through my 10am workout without the jitters. The lion's mane and creatine combo is a sneaky way to get my supplements in, and the coffee itself is smooth enough to drink black.
The 10g of protein and 5g of creatine in one cup is genius—I just stir it into my morning routine and skip the separate shake. It’s not the smoothest coffee I’ve had, but the slight earthy taste from the lion’s mane is worth it for that steady, focused energy that lasts past lunch.
