Gut Health Tea

I was skeptical about the mushroom part, but honestly, the instant powder dissolves into warm water without any clumps and tastes like a mild, comforting herbal tea. Three weeks in, my digestion feels noticeably calmer, and I actually look forward to my evening cup.

The instant mix dissolves cleanly with no chalky residue, which surprised me since most mushroom teas clump up. I’ve been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and my digestion feels noticeably smoother by evening, plus the earthy taste is actually pleasant.

My stomach feels calmer by mid-morning now, and the mushroom blend doesn’t have that earthy aftertaste I was bracing for. I just stir a spoonful into my coffee and it’s gone, no clumps or chalkiness.
